The Society of Justice & Equality for the People of Sugar Land (SOJES) For fulfilling the promise to honor the individuals impacted by convict leasing and for educating the community about contributions of African-Americans in Fort Bend County.

Eldrewey Stearns for foundational work leading sit-ins and demonstrations to desegregate Houston, Texas.

American Indian Center of Houston for enhancing cultural awareness of the Native American community in greater Houston and surrounding areas.

The Seven Lakes High School chapter of Voters of Tomorrow for its work on the distribution of banned books to the students of Katy ISD.
