Honoring Dr. Eddie Moore, Jr.
In celebration of Black History Month the Center will provide a screening and dialogue of the documentary, “Hidden Colors 1” with Tariq Nasheed.
The Center for the Healing of Racism & its Board of Directors are pleased to announce our 2012 Ally Award recipient, Dr. Eddie Moore, Jr. for his contribution in creating dialogue and professional conferences on race relations and his work with our youth.
Since 1996, Dr. Moore has provided diversity, privilege and oppression training. He has done keynote addresses and workshop presentations across the nation and in other countries. He is the founder and program director of The White Privilege Conference (WPC), a national & international confer-ence. He currently serves as the Director of Diversity at the Brooklyn Friends School, Brooklyn, NY.
