Carol Harvey (Yaniza Kinlichini) will be speaking on US Supreme Court Marshall Trilogy of Indian Nation Sovereignty. She is Navajo-Hispanic, enrolled as a member of the Navajo Nation. She received her BA in Political Science and Economics, her MBA and JD from the University of Denver. She is an attorney and an occasional lecturer on Indian Law at the University of Denver Law School, the University of Colorado-Denver Center and other locales. She is an artist and writes stories about her cultures. She attended Dialogue: Racism in 1991 and was seated on the first Board of Directors of the Center for the Healing of racism and is an ardent supporter of the Center. Currently she is writing a book on The Imperialism of the Doctrine of Discovery.
